Terms and Conditions

1. Engagement & Service Scope

Freedom Charge INC provides professional engineering advisory, utility tariff analysis, commercial electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) planning, and renewable energy consulting. All formal commercial projects are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) executed directly between Freedom Charge INC and the client entity.

2. Initial Strategic Consultations

Our initial 30-minute discovery consultation is provided at zero cost ($0.00). Advice rendered during preliminary consultations is informational and does not constitute a formal stamped engineering design until a bilateral contract has been formalized.

3. Governing Law

These terms and all commercial transactions are executed in and governed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Kent County, Delaware.
