1. Delivery & Fulfillment Methods

Freedom Charge INC delivers professional advisory, engineering reviews, and technical assessments via two core fulfillment pathways:

• Onsite Consultation & Site Surveys: Direct engineering evaluation conducted at client facilities across Kent, New Castle, and Sussex counties, Delaware.
• Remote Consultation / Digital Delivery: Video conference reviews and secure digital transmission of stamped engineering blueprints and audit reports.
• Initial Consultation Fee: $0.00 (Complimentary 30-minute strategic assessment).

2. Accepted Payment Options

For commissioned engineering services, hardware procurement, and installation management, Freedom Charge INC accepts:

• Commercial Invoicing (Net 15 / Net 30 upon approved credit)
• Corporate ACH transfers and electronic bank wires
• Approved credit card payments for initial engineering retainer deposits
• Transaction Currency: All transactions are denominated and billed in United States Dollars (USD / $).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Initial consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled at any time without penalty. For formal engineering contracts, cancellation procedures and milestone-based adjustments are governed explicitly by the terms of the signed Master Services Agreement.
